| Copy | Takes information from one location and duplicates it |
| Paste | Put information into another location |
| Selecting Text | Highlight the text that is to be changed |
| Auto Fill | Options that automatically fill cells with data and or/ formatting |
| Fill Handle | A small green square in the lower right corner of a selected cell or range of cells |
| Range | A group of adjacent cells that is you select to perform operations on all of the selected cells |
| Natural Series | Formatted series of text or numbers that aere in normal sequence such as months, weekdays , numbers and or times |
| Flash Fill | Another time saving option for filling in data |
| Copy Pointer | Arrow with a plus that appears when you select the cell or range or cells you want to copy |
| Move Pointer | You can drag cell or range of cells to a new location |
| Office Clipboard | Collects data and stores to 24 copied or out items that are then unavailable |
| Cut | Data is removed from the worksheet but is still available for you to use om multiple websites |
| Workbook Properties | Items you directly change as keywords |
