Live Preview Allows you to see formatting changes as you hover over a style before you click to apply them
Font The style and shape of letters. They are named for reference like Calibri or Comic Sans
Formatting To change how the text looks by changing the size, font, alignment, etc.
Bold Makes fonts have a thicker line
Italics Makes fonts slant to the right
Srtikethrough Adds a line through the text
Subscript Text below the normal line
Superscript Text above the normal line
Bullets Adds circles, squares or other symbols in front of each line when you click enter
Sort Will alphabetize a list
Align Lines each row of text up so that it begins in the same position: Left, Right or Center
Text Box Spaces that can be added to include text anywhere on a document
Word Art Adds text that is displayed as a picture that can be formatted
