| Entrepreneur | an employer of productive labor; contractor |
| Entrepreneurship | the activity of setting up a business or businesses, taking on financial risks in the hope of profit. |
| Venture | a new business that is formed with a plan and expectation that financial gain will follow |
| Opportunity | situations where products and services can be sold at a price greater than the cost of their production |
| Small Business | an independently owned and operated company that is limited in size and in revenue depending on the industry |
| Creativity | the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality. |
| Financing | provide funding for (a person or enterprise). |
| Image | the perception people have of your business when they hear your business name. |
| Innovation | a new method, idea, product, etc. |
| Integrity | the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. |
| Management | the process of dealing with or controlling things or people. |
| Planning | the process of making plans for something. |
| Product | an article or substance that is manufactured or refined for sale |
| Resourceful | having the ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties. |
| Resources | a stock or supply of money, materials, staff, and other assets that can be drawn on by a person or organization in order to function effectively. |
| Service | the action of helping or doing work for someone. |
