| Abbreviation | To shorten a longer statement or make an easier way to type it/write it. |
| Active | to be energetic and enthusiastic among your audience |
| Aggressive Communication Style | Someone who has an "in your face" type of getting data out to an audience |
| Analyzers | The type of person who pays attention and carefully conveys information to an audience |
| Analyzers' Non-verbal Style | Watching and surveying for anything useful or just information to use in presentation |
| Assertive Communication Style | The person who presents information as a leader and very straightforward in giving said info |
| Brainstorming | to come up with ideas and find ways to interest the audience more than before |
| Collaborators | someone who has a more friendly and social way to convey information and also works well with people |
| Collaborators' Non-verbal Behaviors | to collaborate and work with people and give them a source to look to in terms of body language |
| Constructive Criticism | to make kind critiques and show ways of improvement as opposed to just flat out destroying their work |
| Controllers | someone who likes to control and take charge of the whole project, not always in a kind manner |
| Controllers' Non-verbal Behaviors | using more assertive and controlling body language to make others let you take over the work |
| Criticism | to point out every single flaw in a project instead of structuring the criticism |
| Customer | someone purchasing an item or product, maybe looking for a service or partner as well |
| Customer Relations | to connect and network customers to improve their way of work |
| Defensive | being protective and or sensitive to hearing criticism that applies to your work |
| Detached | to feel less attached to your work and more willing to accept constructive criticism |
| Enunciate | to make your speaking clear as presenting so others know what you are saying |
| Etiquette | proper manners and body language while sharing information |
| Formative Evaluation | to make conclusions and come up with answers in a more mannerful way |
| Impact Evaluation | to make an evaluation that impacts how others see a certain thing, or to have influence over an important choice |
| Involved | to be a part of a work or project that is required to have a collaborative effort |
| Need/Target Audience | finding out what your target audience needs and coming up with ways to supply it and give it to them |
| Non-verbal | not using speaking or verbal communication |
| Objective | a task or goal that is meant to be achieved by a way of communication |
| Passive | a very open and friendly way to communicate and has the least bit of risk to any hostile or aggressive intention |
| Passive Aggressive Communication Style | to convey information across with a non hostile intention but also having an assertive communication style |
| Passive Communication | this is when your communication style is mostly tame and civil while also not being boring or formal |
| Process Evaluation | needing to process before a proper evaluation and using a complete thought process |
| Professional | to be a formal or appropriate around people who are in the workspace as well |
| Reflection | looking back and rethinking or redoing something that has already been done |
| Research/Target Audience | to have information on your target audience for a better understanding of what needs to be done |
| Socializers | the chatty and outgoing people who love working and interacting with others on a project |
| Socializers' Communication Style | Being open and friendly in conversation, and letting them talk a lot but paying attention to them as well |
| Specificity/Target Audience | making sure you have specific outlines and information for a very specific audience |
| Strategy/Target Audience | figuring out how to get to your target audience |
| Sympathize | finding ways to bond and get a personal hold on your audience, something that makes them believe you |
| Target Audience | the group of people you are trying to reach through whatever means necessary |
| Verbal | communication through words and speech |
