Open punctuation Requires no punctuation after closing
Preview Gives you an opportunity to see your document
Print You find located at the file tab and printing
Quick Access Toolbar By clicking the drop down arrow on the right side of the tool bar choose your menu
Repeat Repeats or does over your last action
Ribbon Contains multiple commands on separate tabs
Save Makes sure you document or file is secure
Save As Is secure but has a titled name
Settings Options to control your document
Tabs Contains several groups collection of command
Template is a master document with predefined page layout,fonts,labels,and cards to create new documents with the same basic formatting
Undo Lets you cancel your last command
White Space Space between pages of a document
Word Wrap Wraps text tot the next line as it reaches the right margin

Voices
