Backstage View areas where files and data and about them is managed, creating, printing, sending to others

I-beam is a mouse cursor, indicating that the mouse is over an area where text can be typed.
Insertion point is the blinking vertical line in your document. It indicates where you can enter text on the page.

Mixed Punctuation is when you add a colon to the end of a salutation in your documents.
Non printing Characters for content designing in word, processors, which aren't displayed at printing to help the creator edit
Open punctuation a style that requires no punctuation after the salutation in closing
Preview when you are previewing or checking a document before printing
Print a computer transferring data to a computer printer and generating a hard copy of the electronic data being printed
Quick access tool bar a toolbar that contains commands that users use more often, such as Save As, Undo, and Redo
Repeat repeats your last action
Ribbon is a set of toolbars at the top of the window, designed to help you quickly find the commands that you need to complete a task
Save a button in the Quick Access toolbar that saves an existing document
Save as a dialog box that will save a document in a specific format

Tabs are a paragraph-formatting feature used to align text.
