Hard-working Characteristic: Entrepreneurs do what is needed to complete a task.
Decisive Characteristic: Entrepreneurs know when to stop, think and make a decision then commit to the decision
Goal-setting Skill: Involves planning and target setting.
People management Skill: Requires good communication and interpersonal skills . To get the best of people
Delegation Skill: Prioritises work and allows other to take some of the responsibility for it's completion.
Inner control Skill: Helps entrepreneur to take charge of their own destiny and believe in their ideas
Self-management Skill: Helps prioritise the entrepreneurs own time effectively and manage stress and recognise their weaknesses
Reality perception Skill: Helps entrepreneurs to see things clearly
