Formatting Data & Graphics in Microsoft Office Excel 2016

Does it matter which cell(s) is/are selected when inserting a graphic? Why/Why not? No Because images are by default freely moving objects.
What are the steps to insert an image from a computer? click Pictures on the Insert tab navigate to the image you want click Online Pictures on the Insert tab to search for a clip art image online
Clip art from the Internet is protected by copyright through what means? a Creative Commons license A link to this license is available in the Insert Pictures dialog box.
To change the size of an image...... Select it and change its size or rotate it by dragging a handle

What do formats applied to a cell determine? How a value is displayed.
Does formatting change the stored value of a cell? NO
To find the value stored in a cell do what? Select the cell and look at the Formula bar.
What is a conditional format? When a cell displays a color format based on a value. It is based on rules that range from simple to complex.
What are the steps to apply conditional formatting? select the cell or cell range to format click Conditional Formatting on the Home tab to display a menu
What do Highlight Cells Rules provide? Simple and effective formatting.
When one of the Highlight Cells Rules is clicked what displays? A dialog box
A relative cell reference changes relative to the cell it is copied to.
What is the result of the formula =5+2*3+1? The result is 12 because the order of operations states that multiplication be performed first and then addition and subtraction.
