| Font | the appearance of type text |
| Logo | a picture or graphic that visually represents a company of business |
| Flyer | a sign that usually contains informational or promotional material |
| Format | to change the appearance of text, object,shape, word art, textboxes etc.. |
| Page borders | allows you to put a border (line,picture, or other artwork) around the whole page |
| Line color | allows you to add color to the outside line of selected objects (shapes, word art, text boxes, etc.) |
| Fill color | allows you to add color to the inside of selected objects (shapes, word art, text boxes, etc.) |
| Shading | allows you to add color to selected areas on the page (shapes, word art, text boxes, etc..) |
