| Publication | A document containing text and graphics that is distributed in print or online |
| Font | The appearance of the typed text |
| Logo | A picture or graphic that visually represents a company of business |
| Flyer | A sign that usually contains informational or promotional material |
| Format | To change the appearance of text, objects, shapes, word art, text boxes, etc |
| Page Borders | Allows you to put a border(line,picture,or other artwork) around the whole page |
| Line Color | Allows you to add color to the outside line of selected objects (shapes, word art, text boxes, etc.) |
| Fill Color | Allows you to add color to the inside of selected objects(shapes, word art, text boxes, etc) |
| Shading | Allows you to add color to selected areas on page(shapes, word art, text boxes, etc) |
| Page Layout | The way objects, shapes, and text are arranged on the page |
| Group | When many objects are used to make one object so that they can be moved or resized all at once |
| Brochure | A small booklet or pamphlet , often containing information or promotional material |
| Text Wrapping | Formatting for the pictures that specifies how the text wraps around the whole page |
| Text Box | A box that can be colored or transparent and automatically allows you to type within its boundries |
| Shapes | Objects that can be drawn on your page; you can add color, patterns or text to these objects |
| Bulleted list/Numbered list | Formatting for text that allows you to create list throughout your document |
| Table | A box that contains rows and columns and is used to organize data |
