| font | the appearance of the typed text |
| logo | a picture a graphic that visually represents a company of business |
| flyer | a sign that usually contains informational or promotional material |
| format | to change the appearance of text,object,shape, word art, text boxes,etc |
| page borders | allows you to put a border (line,picture,or other artwork) around the whole page |
| line color | allows you to add color to the outside line of selected objects ( shapes, word art,text boxes, etc) |
| fill color | allows you to add color to the inside of selected objects (shapes,word art, text boxes, etc) |
