| Publication | A document containing text and graphics that is disturbed in print or online |
| Font | The appearance of the typed text |
| Flyer | A sign that usually contains informational or promotional material. |
| Format | To change the appearance of text, objects,shapes, word art, text boxes, etc |
| Page borders | Allows you to put a border(line,picture or other artwork) around the whole page |
| line color | Allows you to add color to the outside line of selected objects(Shapes, word art, text boxes etc) |
| fill color | Allows you to add color to the inside of an object( shapes,word art,text boxes etc) |
| Shading | Allows you to add color to selected areas on the page(shapes, word art, text boxes etc) |
| Page layout | The way objects shapes and text are arranged on the page |
| group | When many objects are used to make one object so that they can be moved or resized all at once |
| brochure | A small booklet or pamphlet often containing informational or promotional material |
| text wrapping | Formatting for the pictures that specifies how the text wraps around the whole page |
| text box | A box that can be colored or transparent and automatically allows you to type within its boundaries. |
| shapes | Objects that can be drawn on your page; you can add color patterns or text to these objects |
| Bulleted list/ numbered lsit | Formatting for text that allows you to create lists throughout your document. |
| table | A box that contains rows and columns and is used to organize data |
