| Font | the appearance of the typed text |
| Logo | a picture or graphic that visually represents a company of business |
| Flyer | a sign that usually contains informational or promotional material |
| Format | to change the appearance of text,objects shapes,word art, text boxes etc |
| Line colors | allows you to add color to the outside line of selected objects(shapes,word art,text boxes etc) |
| Page borders | allows you to put a border (line,picture or other artwork)around the whole page |
| fill colors | allows you to add color to the inside of selected objects |
| shading | allows you to add color to the inside of selected areas on the page(shapes, word art, text boxes, etc |
| page layout | the way objects,shapes, and text arranged on the page |
| group | when many objects are used to make one object so that they can be moved or resized all at once |
| brochure | a small booklet or pamphlet,often containing informational or promotional material |
| text wrapping | formatting for the pictures that specifies how the text wraps around the whole page |
| text box | a box that can be colored or transparent and automatically allows you to type within it's boundaries |
