| Publication | A document containing text and graphics that is distributed in print or online. |
| Font | The appearance of the typed text. |
| Logo | A picture or graphic that visually represents a company business. |
| Flyer | a sign that usually contains information or promotional material. |
| Format | to change the appeared of text, objects, shapes, wordart, text boxes, etc) |
| Page border | allow you to put a border( line, pictures, or other art work) around the whole page |
| Line coloring | allows you to add color to the outside line of selected objects (shapes, word art, text boxes, etc ) |
| Fill color | allows you to add color to the inside of selected objects ( shapes, word arts, text boxes, etc) |
| Shading | allows you to add color to selected areas on the page (shapes, word art, text boxes, etc) |
| Page layout | the way objects, shapes, and text are on the page |
| Group | when many objects used to make one object so that they can be moved or resized all at once |
| Brochure | a small booklet or pamphlet, often containing informational or promotional material |
| Text wrapping | formatting for the picture that specifies how the text wraps around the whole page |
| Text box | a box that can be colored or transparent and automatically allows you to type within its boundaries |
| Shapes | objects that can be drawn on your page; you can add color, pattern or text to these objects |
| Billeted list/ Numbered list | formatting for text that allows you to create list throughout your document |
| Table | a box that contains rows and columns is used to organize data |
