| publication | a document containing text and graphics that is distributed in print or online. |
| font | the appearance of the typed text |
| logo | a picture or graphic that visually represents a company or business. |
| flyer | a sign that usually contains informational or promotional material. |
| format | to change the appearance of text, objects, shapes, word art, text boxes, etc |
| page borders | allows you to put a border around the whole page |
| line colors | allows you to add color to the outside line of selected objects |
| fill color | allows you to add color to selected areas on the page |
| shading | allows you to add color to selected areas on the page |
| page layout | the way the objects,shapes, and text are arranged on the page. |
| group | when many objects are used to make one object so that they can be moved or resized all at once |
| Brochure | a small booklet or pamphlet, often containing informational or promotional material |
| Text wrapping | formatting for the pictures that specifies how the text wraps around objects on the page |
| Shapes | objects that can be drawn or your page,you can add color,patterns,or text to these objects |
| bulleted list/numbered list | formatting for text that allows you to create lists throughout your document |
| table | a box that contains rows and columns and is used to organize data. |
| text box | a box that can be colored or transparent and automatically allows you to type within its boundaries |
