| Publication | A document containing text and graphics that is distributed in print or online |
| Font | the appearance of the typed text |
| Logo | a picture or graphic that visually represents a company of business. |
| Flyer | a sign that usually contains informational or promotional material. |
| Format | to change the appearance of text, objects, shapes, wordart, textboxes, etc. |
| Page Borders | allows you to put a border (line, picture, or other artwork) around the whole page |
| Line Color | allows you to add color to the outside line of selected objects( shapes, word art, text boxes, etc) |
| Fill Color | allows you to add color to the inside of selected objects |
| Shading | allows you to add colr to selected areas on pages |
| Page Layout | the way objects, shapes, and text are arranged on the page. |
| Group | when many objects are used to make one object so that they can be moved or resized at once. |
| Brochure | a small booklet or pamphlet, often containing informational or promotional material |
| Text Wrappping | formatting for the pictures that specifies how the text wraps around the whole page. |
| Text Box | a box that can be colored or transparent and automatically allows you to type within its borders |
| Shapes | objects that can be drawn on your page; you can add color, patters or text to these objects. |
| Bulleted List/Numbered List | formatting for text that allows you to create lists throughout your document. |
| Table | a box that contans rows and columns and is used to organize data. |
