QuestionAnswer
Ribbon Buttons and groups are on it
group similar buttons are grouped together
button A command that makes a change
Ruler above the Work area, used with tabs and margins
Tab marker Use to change the style of a tab
Number of words in document At the bottom left of the document
Page number At the bottom left of the document
Horizontal Scroll Bar Across the bottom of the document
View buttons At the bottom right of the document, use to change how the doucment appears in the work area
Zoom button Makes the letters and numbers larger or smaller on the document
Vertical Scroll Bar On the right side of the document, use to move up and down in a document
Ruler View button Turns on the ruler or turns it off
Microsoft Office Button Circle in the top left corner of the screen
Home ribbon Where most formatting buttons are
Insert Ribbon Where Clipart, Table, Header and Text box buttons are located
Page Layout Ribbon Where Margins, Orientation, Columns, and Text Wrapping buttons are located.
Quick Access Tool Bar To the right of the MS Office button, where Undo, Redo and Save buttons are located
