Vocabulary for MSIA Word Expert

TermDefinition
All Markup Displays all changes and comments.
AutoCorrect Tool used to automatically correct common mistakes such as spelling, grammar, and better word suggestions.
Balloons Markups in which comments are shown and the person’s card displays on the right side of the document when you select that person’s icon.
Inline Hidden; the reviewer’s initials appear in square brackets beside the selected text.
lock Tracking Prevents anyone from turning Track Changes off.
No Markup Displays the document in a final copy without the markup.
Original Displays the original document with no markups.
Person Card Identifies the user who made the comment and has an active Microsoft account.
Replace Put a specific text, format, and/or theme over selected text.
Simple Markup Gives the document a more polished look.
