Business Ethics Business ethics is a form of applied ethics or professional ethics, that examines ethical principles and moral or ethical problems that can arise in a business environment.
Corporate Social Responsibility Business ethics is a form of applied ethics or professional ethics, that examines ethical principles and moral or ethical problems that can arise in a business environment.
Sole Proprietor a person who is the exclusive owner of a business, entitled to keep all profits after tax has been paid but liable for all losses.
Corporation operation that declares the business as a separate, legal entity guided by a group of officers known as the board of directors.
Partnership the state of being a partner or partners.
Shareholder an owner of shares in a company.
Management the process of dealing with or controlling things or people.
