auto correct a feature that replace symbols commonly misspelled words and abbreviations with specific text strings
clipboard a clipboard stores the items for you to paste in another location of the document or another office file.
copy when you copy test word places a duplicate copy in the clipboard.
cut when you cut text word removes it from the original location and places the text in the clipboard collection.
document properties identify the creator of the document the date the document were created its subject and category and keywords that can be used to search for documents.
go to a way to navigate long document.
navigation plane a navigation contains commands for moving and searching through a document.
object zoom in read mode enables you to zoom in on objects such as tables charts or images while read mode.
paste a command then paste text from the word places a duplicate copy in the clipboard.
read mode changes the page layout of the document with large font easier reading.
replace find and replace texts
thumbnails page images are called thumbnails
wildcard you can also use wildcard characters to find words or phrases that contain specific letters
