TermDefinition
Character Any single letter, number, symbol, or punctuation mark.
Character Spacing Refers to the spacing in and around each character of text.
Character Styles Applied to the individual characters or words that you selected.
Font A typeface that applies a style to characters.
Live Preview An automatic update to a font.
Paragraph Styles The format is applied instantly to all text in the paragraph where the insertion point is located, whether the text is selected.
Point Size Refers to the height of characters.
Text Effects Adds a distinctive appearance to the selected text such as outline, shadow, glow, and reflection.
WordArt A feature that creates decorative effects with text.
