TermDefinition
Character Any single letter, number, symbol, or punctuation mark.
Character spacing The spacing around each character of text.
Character styles Styles that are applied to individual characters.
Font A style on characters.
Live preview An example of what a font would look like
Paragraph styles A format that is applied instantly to the entirety of a paragraph where the insertion point is located
Point size The height/size of the characters in a text.
Text Effects A command that adds a distinctive appearance to the selected text.
WordArt A feature that creates decorative effects to text.
