TermDefinition
Auto Correct A feature that replaces symbols, commonly misspelled words, and abbreviations with specific text strings.
Clipboard Stores items for you to paste in another location of the document or another Office file.
Copy Places a duplicate of text in Clipboard.
Cut Removes text from the original location and places the text in the Clipboard.
Document properties Identify the creator of the document, the date the document was created, its subject and category, and keywords that can be used to search for the document.
Go To Provides a way to navigate through longer documents quickly.
Navigation Pane Provides options for browsing and searching in a document.
Object Zoom Enables you to zoom in on objects such as tables, charts, or images while in Read Mode.
Paste Places text from the Clipboard.
Read Mode Changes the page layout of the document with a larger font for easier reading.
Replace Formatting – such as a specific font color, bolding, or italics.
Thumbnails a very small or concise description, representation, or summary.
Wildcard characters that represent characters in the search text.
