| High-Roller Customer | Expects the best and complains in a reasonable manner. |
| Manager | Has control of a company or business. |
| Meek Customer | Will generally not complain most dangerous to business because the complain to other people. |
| Rip-off Customer | Wants to get something they are not entitled to receive often responds ''not good enough'' response. |
| Troubleshoot | To determine what problems exist and how to correct them. |
