| Term | Definition |

| Aggressive Customer | A customer that often complains in a loud manner. |
| Chronic Complainer | Customer who is never satisfied |
| Clientele | Clients of a company and business |
| Coaching Session | The training, done by the manager, that teaches the new employees how to handle certain situations. |
| Complaint | Communication from a customer who is dissatisfied with the product after it has been purchased |
| Customer Service | a company's ability to supply customer's wants and needs |
| Customer Service Representative | The person from a company who interacts most with the customer's prior to and after the purchase. |
| High-Roller Customer | A willing customer who will always pay for it and complains reasonably |
| Manager | a person who is in control or directs the company or business |
| Meek Customer | a customer who generally not complain to the business;however, will most likely complain to other people |
| Rip Off customer | a customer who wants something they're not entitled to and often considers this as being "not good enough" |
| Troubleshoot | to determine what problems exist and how to correct these problems |
