| Aggressive Customer | readily complained, often loud |
| Chronic Complainer | is never satisfied and feels thinks there is always something wrong |
| Clientele | a company of business |
| Complaint | deficient a customer has made after a purchase has been made |
| Customer Service | a company's ability to supply wants and needs to customers |
| Customer Service Representative | a person that interacts with a customer before and after a transaction has occurred |
| High Roller Customer | a customer who expects the best and is willing to pay for it in a reasonable manner |
| Manager | a person who has control of a company or business |
| Meek Customer | a customer who will generally not complain most dangerous to bushiness because they will complain to other people |
| Rip-off Customer | a customer who wants to get something they are not entitled to and often responds with " not good enough " |
| Troubleshoot | Determines what problems exist and how to react to them |
| Coaching Session | a manager trains employees how to properly handle a given situation |
