| High-Roller Customer | expects the absolute best and is willing to pay for it generally complains in a reasonable manner |
| Manager | has control or direction of a company or business |
| Meek Customer | complains to other customers about the business or company most dangerous to the company |
| Rip-Off Customer | wants something they are not entitled to. Generally responds with "not good enough" |
