Aggressive Customer A loud customer that complains a lot.
Chronic Complainer A customer that always complains and never seams to be happy and thinks there is always something wrong.
Clientele The clients of a company or a business.
Coaching Session When a manager trains an employee and teaches them how to handle certain situations.
Complaint Communication from a customer after a purchase that there is something wrong with whatever they have purchased.
Customer Service A companies ability to satisfy a customers want or needs.
Customer Service Representative The people or person from a company that interacts with the customer before and after the transaction has been made.
High-Roller Customer A person who expects a lot and is willing to pay a lot and complains and in a reasonable manner.
Manager The person who has control or direction over the company or business.
Meek Customer A customer who doesn't complain to the company or business but complains to other people.
Rip-Off Customer
Troubleshoot Determine what problems exist and how to handle them.
