Aggressive Customer | A loud customer that complains a lot. |
Chronic Complainer | A customer that always complains and never seams to be happy and thinks there is always something wrong. |
Clientele | The clients of a company or a business. |
Coaching Session | When a manager trains an employee and teaches them how to handle certain situations. |
Complaint | Communication from a customer after a purchase that there is something wrong with whatever they have purchased. |
Customer Service | A companies ability to satisfy a customers want or needs. |
Customer Service Representative | The people or person from a company that interacts with the customer before and after the transaction has been made. |
High-Roller Customer | A person who expects a lot and is willing to pay a lot and complains and in a reasonable manner. |
Manager | The person who has control or direction over the company or business. |
Meek Customer | A customer who doesn't complain to the company or business but complains to other people. |
