| Aggressive Customer | a customer that readily complains, loud, and at length |
| Chronic Complainer | A customer that is never satisfied and feels that there is always something wrong |
| Clientele | The clients of a company or business |
| Coaching Session | When a customer trains employees how to properly handle given situations |
| Complaint | communication from a customer alleges deficiencies after a purchase has been made |
| customer service | a companys ability to supply a customers wants and needs |
| Customer Service Rep | A person in a company or business |
| High-Roller Customer | a customer that expects the absolute best and is willing to pay for it generally complains in a reasonable manner |
| Manager | A person who has control or direction of a company or business |
| Meek Customer | a customer who will generally not complain most dangerous to businesses because they will complain to other people. |
| Rip- Off customer | a customer who wants to get something that are not entitled to recieve often responds with a repetitive "not good enough" response. |
