Aggressive customer | person who is loud and does it for a long period |
Chronic complainer | never satisfied and always feels somethings wrong |
Clientele | client of a company or buisness |
Coaching Session | manager trains employee to handle situatuions |
Complaint | customer alleges deficiencies after purchase has been made |
Customer Service | Company's ability to supply customers with goods |
Customer Service Representatives | person in a business or company that most often interacts with customer before and after the transaction |
High-Roller Customer | customer expects absolute best and is willing to pay for it and generally complains in a reasonable manner |
Manager | A person who controls or direction of a company or buisness |
Meek Customer | customer will generally not complain because they will complain to other people |
Rip-Off Customer | customer who wants to get something they are not entitled too receive often responds with a repetitive "not good enough" |
Trouble shoot | determine what problems exist and how to correct them |
