| complaint | it is when someone is having an argument that are not happy with the purchase they made |
| customer service | it is how they know what customers wants and the needs |
| customer service representative | It is someone from a business or company that interacts more with the customer before the transaction happens |
| high roller customer | It is someone who will pay the best because they will have high expections and they will have a good reason to complain |
| manager | It is someone who has control and can give directions of a business or company |
| meek customer | It is a customer that complains to other people and not the company or business ;they are considered dangerous |
| rip-off customer | It is someone who wants something they can’t afford and say “it’s not good enough” over and over again |
| troubleshoot | The problem that is going so they can correct it |
