| aggressive customer | a customer who is loud, complains often, and usually often rude about it |
| chronic customer | A customer who is hardly ever satisfied |
| clientele | a customer of a business |
| coaching session | manager trains employee to handle certain situations |
| complaint | complaint about a product being defective after the purchase |
| customer service | a companies ability to give the consumer what they want |
| customer service representative | the employee who deals with customer service |
| high-roller customer | a customer who pays more and expects the highest quality and will complain if it is not given to them |
| manager | manager a person in control of a company or buissness |
| meek customer | a customer who does not complain to the business, however they are bad because they complain to other customers |
| rip-off customer | a customer who wants something more than what they bargained for and often responds with "not good enough" |
| troubleshoot | to find and fix problems |
