Three main causes of anxiety Ungrounded shen, personality type (heart and gall bladder qi deficiency), and heart agitating the shen (Phlegm heat)
Anxiety due to ungrounded shen can be caused by Heart qi deficiency, heart blood and spleen qi deficiency, heart and kidney yin deficiency, and heart qi and yin deficiency
