Shortcuts

CTRL+ I | Italics- will turn italics on and off as though, you were clicking in the font group. |
CTRL+U | Underline- will turn underline on and off as though you were clicking in the font group. All words typed will be underlined. |
CTRL+SHIFT+= | Superscript- changes the font to a small size raised to the top of the line. Used for exponents. |
CTRL+ SHIFT + A | Caps lock- enables the caps lock button. |
CTRL+ SHIFT+ K | Small caps- letters are in all caps however the height of lowercase letters. |
CTRL+ K | Turns a website address into an active or inactive hyperlink. |
CTRL+ E | Center alignment- horizontally centers all text in the document or the text box. |
CTRL+ L | Left alignment- the text in the left side of a document or the text box. |
CTRL+ R | Right alignment- The text in the right side of a text box or document. |
CTRL+ J | Justifies- words are aligned on the right and left. |
CTRL+ A | Select all- select all of the text in the document. |
CTRL+ X | Cut- takes the text of the document and places it on the clipboard. |
CTRL+ C | Copy- makes a copy of the text and places it on the clipboard. |
CTRL+ V | Paste- places text that has been cut or copied on to the clipboard. |
CTRL+ Z | Undo- reverses current actions |
