Short Cuts

QuestionAnswer
will turn italics on and off (toggle) as though you were clicking in the font group ctrl+I
will turn underline on and off as though you were clicking in the font group ctrl+u
superscript- changes the font to a small size ctrl+shift+=
caps lock- enables the caps lock button ctrl+shift+a
small caps- the height of the letters remain the heightof lower case ctrl+shift+k
center elinement- horizontality centers all text in the document or text box ctrl+e
turns a website address into an active or hyperlink ctrl+k
Left aligns the text in the document or the text below Ctrl+L
right aligns the text in the document in the text box ctrl+r
Justifies- words are aligned on the right and left ctrl+J
select all of the text in the document ctrl+a
copy, makes a copy of the text and places it on the keyboard ctrl+c
cut, takes the text off the document ctrl+x
paste, places text that has been cut or copied onto the document ctrl+v
undo, reverses recent actions ctrl+z
