Shortcuts Review

1.) Ctrl + I | Italics- will turn italics on and off (toggle) as though you were clicking in the front group. |
2.) Ctrl + U | Underline- will turn underline on and off (toggle) as though you were clicking in the front group. All words typed will be underlined. |
3.) Ctrl + Shift + = | Superscript- changes the font to a small size to the top of the line. Used for exponents. |
4.) Ctrl + Shift + A | Caps Lock- enables the caps lock button. |
5.) Ctrl + Shift + K | Small Caps- Letters are in all caps, however the height of the letters remain the height of lowercase letters. |
6.) Ctrl + K | Turns a website address into and active or inactive hyperlink. |
7.) Ctrl + E | Center Allignment- horizontally centers all text in the documents or text box. |
8.) Ctrl + L | Left Allignment- Left alligns the text in the document or the text box. |
9.) Ctrl + R | Right Allignment- Right alligns the text in the document or the text box. |
10.) Ctrl + J | Justify- Justifies ( words are alligned ) on the right and left. |
11.) Ctrl + A | Selects All- Selects all of the text in the document. |
12.)Ctrl + X | Cut- Takes the text off of the document and places it on the clipboard. |
13.) Ctrl + C | Copy- Makes a copy of the text and places it on the clipboard. |
14.) Ctrl + V` | Paste- Places text that has been cut or copied onto the document. |
15.) Ctrl + Z | Undo- Reverse recent action. |
