OUTLOOK A program used to send and recive mail messages and to organize information about people, appoiment and to do lists
ACCESS A database program used to create recons that organize information about contacts or accounts simlar to a filing cabinet.
PUBLISHER The desktop publishing program that helps you design proffesional looking documents such as newspapers and brochurers.
