QuestionAnswer
WORD Word processing software when you can easily create and edit document such as letters and reports.
POWERPOINT A presentation used to create electronic slides that usually accompany a verbal presentation.
EXCEL A spreadsheet program that allows you to manipulate data and produce financial document.
OUTLOOK A program used to send and receive e-mail messages and to organize information about people appointments, and to do lists
ACCESS A database program used to create records that organize information but contacts or accounts similar to a filing cabnet
PUBLISHER The desktop publishing program that helps you design professional looking documents such as newsletter and brocures
If I need to make some cool invitation cards I would use Publisher
If I am typing a letter to my mom I would use Word
If I was going to make a slideshow on my computer I would use Power point
If I was going to check a data base I would use Access
If I am going to send some emails I would use outlook
