WORD Word processing software wherein you can easily create and edit documents.
POWERPOINT A presentation program used to create electronic slides that usually accompany a verbal presentation.
EXCEL A spread sheet program that allows you to manipulate data and produce financial documents.
ACCESS A data base program used to create records that organize info about contacts or accounts similar to a filing cabinet.
PUBLISHER The desktop publishing program that helps you design professional-looking documents such as news letters and brochures.
OUTLOOK A program used to send and receive e-mails messages and to organize info about people, appointments, and to-do list.
