If your business is local? Not necessary to register
Going across state or the country? Consider formal registration from the state and the U.S. patent
What are trade secrets? Information not known in the industry that give the business advantage over the competition
Examples of trade secrets? Formulas..manufacturing techniques/process..customer lists amd computer software.
Whats plagiarism? Copying someone else work and trying to use it of your own.
How would fare use work? Fair Use allows certain ways of using copyrighted material for educational purposes.
Whats an idea? potential to make or have money
Whats an opportunity? Takes whats in front of them..has potential and durable.
What makes a good opportunity? -Availability of a good team and adequate resources.
What questions should you ask yourself to make sure the idea is successful? Is it relevant? Does it solve the customer problems?
