What are the media and growth requirements for Leptospira interrogans? plated on Fletcher's Stuart's media at 30C for 6-14 days up to 6 weeks
What can also be used to identify Spirochetes since they do not stain well? DFA (direct immunofluorescence)
What are the media and growth requirements for Borrelia burgdorferi? plated on Kelly's media at 33C for 1 month
