Wha t is a DataBase? a spreadsheet like tool used to store data
What is a spreadsheet? a collection of data sorted into rows and columns.
What is a cell? a small block containing information
What are common uses for spreadsheets? to use and store data
What is a label? A name that describes data in the row or column.
What are values? to enter or edit formulas in a cell
What is a function? a relationship involving two or more variables
What is a database? Different a structured set of data usually stored in a computer
What are the four functions of a computer? storage, processing, input, and output.
What are two things a computer must have? hardware and software
What is an input device? something that feeds data into a computer
What Is an output device? something used externally to display data on a screen.
What is HD storage? Hard drive storage.
What is RAM storage? Random Access Memory storage.
What are peripherals? devices connected to a computer to dd functionality.
