TermDefinition
Soft Skills Soft skills are a combination of people skills, social skills, communication skills, character traits, attitudes, career attributes, social intelligence and emotional intelligence quotients
Confidentiality Confidentiality involves a set of rules or a promise that limits access or places restrictions on certain types of information.
Electronic Communications Email, instant messaging, websites, blogs, text messaging, voicemail and video messaging are a few examples of electronic communication.
Security A security,is a certificate or other financial instrument that has monetary value and can be traded.
Professionalism the competence or skill expected of a professional
Voice Dictation the act or manner of transcribing words uttered by another
Voice Mail a centralized electronic system that can store messages from telephone callers.
Video Conferencing comprises the technologies for the reception and transmission of audio-video signals by users at different locations, for communication between people in real-time.
Cellular Technology This term, often used for all wireless phones regardless of the technology they use, derives from cellular base stations that receive and transmit calls.
