HT-3: Shàohâi,Lesser Sea, DM : Midway between P-3 and the medial epicondyle of the humerus, at the medial end of the transverse cubital crease when the elbow is fully flexed. calms the Spirit, clears the vessels
HT-5: Tönglî,Penetrating the Interior, DM : On the radial side of the tendon of flexor carpi ulnaris, 1 cun proximal to Ht-7. calms the Spirit, regulates the Heart Qi
HT-7: Shénmén,Spirit Gate, DM : At the wrist joint, on the radial side of flexor carpi ulnaris, in the depression at the proximal border of the pisiform bone. calms the Spirit, pacifies the Heart, clears the channels
HT-8: Shàofû,Lesser Palace, DM : On the palm, in the depression between the 4th and 5th metacarpal bones, where the tip of the little finger rests when a fist is made. clams the Spirit and regulates the Heart Qi
K-1: Yôngquân,Gushing Spring, DM : On the sole of the foot, between the second and third metatarsal bones, approximately one third of the distance between the base of the second toe and the heel, in a depression formed when the foot is plantar flexed. opens the sensory orifices, calms the Spirit
K-3: Tàixï,Supreme Stream, DM : In the depression between the medial malleolus and the Achilles tendon, level with the prominence of the medial malleolus. benefits the Kidneys, cools Heat, strengthens the lower back and knee
K-6: Zhàohâi,Shining Sea, DM : 1 cun below the prominence of the medial malleolus, in the groove formed by two ligamentous bundles. cools heat, calms the Spirit, benefits the throat
K-7: Fùliü,Returning Current, DM : On the medial aspect of the lower leg, in the depression 2 cun superior to Kd-3, on the anterior border of the Achilles tendon. regulates the Kidney Qi, clears and cools damp heat
SI-1: Shàozé,Lesser Marsh, DM : On the dorsal aspect of the little finger, at the junction of lines drawn along the ulnar border of the nail and the base of the nail, approximately 0.1 cun from the corner of the nail. disperses Wind and Heat, facilitates the flow of milk
SI-3: Hòuxï,Back Stream, DM : On the ulnar border of the hand, in the substantial depression proximal to the head of the fifth metacarpal bone. relaxes the muscle channels, opens the Governing channel, clears the spirit
SI-6: Yânglâo,Support the Aged, DM : When the palm of the hand is placed on the chest, this point is located on the dorsal aspect of the head of the ulna, in a cleft level with and to the radial side of the high point of the styloid process of the ulna. relaxes the sinew, clears the channels and the vision
