redundancy (n) a situation in which someone loses their job because their employer does not need them.
boost (v) to improve or increase something.
boost (n) the act of boosting something.
deputy (n) a person who is given the power to do something instead of another person, or the person whose rank is immediately below that of the leader of an organization.
respond (v) to say or do something as a reaction to something that has been said or done.
mutual (adj) (of two or more people or groups) feeling the same emotion, or doing the same thing to or for each other.
involvement (n) the act or process of taking part in something.
engender (v) to make people have a particular feeling or make a situation start to exist.
xpectation (n) the feeling that good things are going to happen in the future
engage (v) to employ someone; to interest someone in something and keep them thinking about it.
property (n) an object or objects that belong to someone; the legal right to own and use something.
tension(n) a feeling of nervousness before an important or difficult event.
attitude (n) a feeling or opinion about something or someone, or a way of behaving that is caused by this.
commitment (n) a willingness to give your time and energy to something that you believe in, or a promise or firm decision to do something
visibility (n) how clearly objects can be seen, or how far you can see clearly, usually because of the weather conditions
approach (n) to come near or nearer to something or someone in space, time, quality, or amount.
available (adj)- not busy and therefore able to do something; able to be bought or used.
social welfare (n) services provided by the government or private organizations to help poor, ill, or old people
diminish (v) to reduce or be reduced in size or importance
database (n) a large amount of information stored in a computer system in such a way that it can be easily looked at or changed
adjust (v) to change something slightly, especially to make it more correct, effective, or suitable; to become more familiar with a new situation
risk taking the activity of taking risks in order to start a company, increase profits.
forceful (adj) powerful; effective; influential
underestimate (v) to make too low an estimate of (someone's or something's value, capacity, extent, etc,)
invoice (n) a list of things provided or work done together with their cost, for payment at a later time.
gain (v) to get something that is useful, that gives you an advantage, or that is in some way positive, especially over a period of time
awareness (n) knowledge that something exists, or understanding of a situation or subject at the present time based on information or experience
dimension (n) a measurement of something in a particular direction, especially its height, length, or width
long- lasting (adj) continuing for a long period of time
smart casual (of clothing) neat and stylish, but not too formal, especially when this is the accepted way of dressing for a particular situation, place, or social occasion
