Job a paid position of regular employment.
Career an occupation undertaken for a significant period of a person's life and with opportunities for progress.
Portfolio relating to, denoting, or engaged in an employment pattern that involves a succession of short-term contracts and part-time work, rather than the more traditional model of a long-term single job.
resume a brief account of a person’s education, qualifications, and previous experience, typically sent with a job application.
mock interview an emulation of a job interview used for training purposes.
human resources the department of a business or organization that deals with the hiring, administration, and training of personnel.
compensation the money received by an employee from an employer as a salary or wages.
