Formatting a Worksheet

TermDefinition
Format determines how the labels values look
Number format adds dollar signs and two decimal places
Font size is the physical size of the text
point is egual to 1/72 of an inch
font styles are formats such as bold, italic, and underlining
alignment allows you to position cells to the left, right, or centered
column heading is the box at the top of each column containing a letter
AutoFit automatically resizes the coulmn
Cell styles predesigned combinations of formats
conditional formatting formatting that changes automatically to apply different fonts
