| Flexion AG Position | (S) seated w/arm relaxed to the side of bod & hand facing backward |
| Flexion AG Stabilize | Over shoulder being tested, but allow normal abduction & upward rotation of scapula |
| Flexion AG Palpate | Anterior deltoid, coracobrachialis, supraspinatus |
| Flexion AG Observe | (S) flexes shoulder joint to 90 degrees of flexion |
| Flexion AG Resist | At distal end of humerus downward toward shoulder extension |
| Flexion AG Substitutions | Shoulder abductors, trunk extension |
