Font size The font size or text size is the overall size
font font is a particular size, weight and style of a typeface.
point the tapered, sharp end of a tool, weapon, or other object.
theme he subject of a talk, a piece of writing, a person's thoughts, or an exhibition; a topic
Drop cap is an large initial capital letter often used to set off the first paragraph
bold a bold typeface or letter.
italic A Slanted by applying italics
format painter A feature in Microsoft Word that applies a style from one part of the document to another
quick styles A Quick Style is any style displayed in the Quick Style gallery. The Styles pane is your route to more style settings.
style a distinctive appearance, typically determined by the principles according to which something is designed.
left aligned justified—text is aligned along the left margin,
right aligned justified—text is aligned along the left margin, and letter-
tab stop point on the horizontal ruler
indent a paragraph you move its edge from left and right margin.
indent markers horizontal ruler indicate the indent settings for the paragraph.
bullet a small symbol, such as a solid circle, printed just before a line of type, such as an item in a list, to emphasize it.
borders line separating two political or geographical areas, especially countries
shading the darkening or coloring of an illustration or diagram with parallel lines or a block of color.
clip art simple pictures and symbols made available for computer users to add to their documents.
clip organizer The clip organizer is one of those funny applications where the name pretty much tells you what it does.
clips a device, typically flexible or worked by a spring, for holding an object or objects together or in place.
sizing handles Sizing handle. Alternatively referred to as a handle, drag handle, sizing grip, or resize corner,
inline graphic inline graphics. inline graphics. Graphics images that are embedded within a text document.
floating graphic Graphics can be inserted into a document "inline" rather than floating in the draw layer. When a graphic is inserted this way, it behaves in almost all respects like a text character.
