Ribbon Terms

Shrink Font Home Tab – Font Group Decrease the font size
Change Case Home Tab – Font Group Change the selected text to UPPERCASE, lowercase, or other common capitalizations
Bookmark Insert Tab – Links Group Create a bookmark to assign a name to a specific point in a document
Orientation Page Layout Tab – Page Setup Group Switch the pages between portrait and landscape layouts
Themes Page Layout Tab – Themes Group Choose the overall design of the entire document, including colors, fonts, and effect
Page Color Page Layout Tab – Page Background Group Choose a color for the background of the page
Spacing Before Home Tab – Paragraph Group (Line and Paragraph Spacing) Change the spacing between paragraphs by adding space above the selected paragraphs
Spacing After Home Tab – Paragraph Group (Line and Paragraph Spacing) Change the spacing between paragraphs by adding space below the selected paragraphs
